Hey, I'm Nigel

I'm a business growth strategist and executive coach who is tired of watching entrepreneurs drown in static, sixty-two-page fantasy documents. As a consultant to founders and business leaders, I developed a methodology that replaces the "snapshot" delusion of traditional planning with the actual, dynamic physics of business growth.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, I work directly with companies to tear down planning theater and build compounding, defensible execution. As part of this work I've written and published Pendulum Series, which lays out the foundational framework for creating businesses that can truly scale. This series includes The Entrepreneurial Pendulum, Discover Your Strategy, Your Business Plan Sucks, and their operational companion, The Field Manual, all of which can be purchased right here.

Feel free to explore my podcast, articles, sample chapters of the books, and subscribe to my mailing list for ongoing updates and free resources.
